Derek Hough Tampa Theatre reviews
Great show - but don't sit on the side.
First of all it was a great show. I had no idea Derek was such a good signer and guitar player, and of course he's an amazing dancer. I had a choice of 7th row on the side or back of the house when I went to buy tickets. I wish I'd chosen back of the house because the stage is a modified proscenium so it sticks out a bit. As dance is mostly lit from the sides, this meant we had bright lights in our face all night. Also, while they did their best with the choreography to include the sides I'm sure it was much better out front. The show is worth seeing though!
